Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are always required for our activities we offer a pre-paid non-refundable ticket for each adventure.

How experienced do I have to be to participate?

You can be a novice to expert and anything in between all guests are required to attend the safety briefing and safety course.

Can I bring my own vehicle and use the trails?

Sorry no we do not allow any outside vehicles on our property.

If I am experienced rider do I need a guide with me?

We only offer guided adventures.. No free riding at any time. No exceptions

What happens in case of inclement weather?

Rain or shine we will still operate; only thunderstorms ruin our fun. If there are thunderstorms in the area, we will make the decision to pull the experience and provide a full refund.

How long should we expect to be on the property?

About 45 minutes longer than your expected adventure time.

What should I wear to participate?

Be sure to wear something you do not mind getting dirty. Closed toed shoes are required

Are there showers or a changing room on property?

We do not have any showers we do have a place for you to change.

What if I do not want to participate? Is there a place that I can stay while my family and friends enjoy the experience?

Feel free to hang out under the shelter near the lake at your designated table.

Can I bring food on the property or is food available to purchase?

Food is available on the property. No alcohol is allowed.

What age do you need to be to drive the ATVs?

Drivers as young as 10 years or older can operate ATVs at our park after they complete an online safety course. All drivers under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian, and a valid photo ID is required.

What if I have an accident?

Unfortunately, accidents can happen but as per the waiver release form you sign before driving you will be responsible for all damages from your accident. You are required to pay for the repairs before you leave the property.

Is there a weight limit?

To ride an ATV the maximum weight limit is 350 lbs. The combined weight in the Mucky Ducks is 800lbs.

Should I tip the guides?

Tipping is customary throughout Florida, and if you have a great time with us, it is an awesome way to thank your guide for their hard work. Of course, tipping is always at your discretion, never expected but always appreciated. 15% is around the normal amount.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Most major credit cards but not Discover. Cash and Gift Certificates.
